At Krazy Larry Pants USA, we are committed to providing quality, comfort, and style in every pair. To offer our customers flexibility and confidence in their purchases, we have partnered with Seel to enable the “Make it Returnable” program.
Return Eligibility
- All sales are final unless you purchase return assurance at checkout via the “Make it Returnable” option (powered by Seel).
- If you choose NOT to add “Make it Returnable,” your purchase is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.
How Seel Return Assurance Works
- At checkout, you may opt to pay a small additional fee for “Make it Returnable.”
- This protection allows you to return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery, for any reason.
How to Make a Return (with Seel)
- If you purchased return assurance, initiate your return through the Seel Resolution Center within 7 days of delivery (follow the link in your order confirmation or visit our support page).
- Follow Seel’s instructions to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.
- Refunds are processed by Seel and issued once your return is received and inspected.
Important Notes
- Returns without Seel coverage will not be accepted.
- “Make it Returnable” must be added at the time of original purchase—retroactive coverage is not available.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
