At Krazy Larry Pants USA we stand behind the quality, comfort, and style of every pair of pants we make. To give our customers confidence at checkout, we partner with Seel to offer the “Make it Returnable” program — an optional return assurance add‑on available on every order.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final sale unless you add “Make it Returnable” (powered by Seel) at checkout.
If you choose not to add “Make it Returnable” at the time of purchase, your order is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, and retroactive coverage is not available.

What Is It?
“Make it Returnable” is an optional protection you can add to your cart at checkout for a small fee, which unlocks the ability to return your item(s) for any reason, including fit, color, or change of mind.
Seel Return Assurance is non‑refundable and the fee will not be reimbursed whether or not you choose to make a return.
How to Make a Return (If You Added Seel)

Initiate your return within the required time frame after delivery by visiting the Seel Resolution Center.

Locate your Return Assurance ID in your Seel confirmation email; this ID is required to submit your return.

Receive your prepaid shipping label via email from Seel and drop off your package at USPS within 7 days of the label being sent.

Package your item in original condition with all tags, packaging, and any accessories or free gifts included; comparable packaging is acceptable if the original is unavailable.

Receive your refund to your original payment method after Seel receives, inspects, and approves your return, and you will be notified by email from Seel.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under Seel Return Assurance, all of the following must be met:

Return is initiated within the required time frame after delivery.

Item is returned with original or comparable packaging, including all accessories, free gifts, and included materials.

If returning multiple items, they share the same Return Assurance ID and are packaged together.
What Seel Does Not Cover
Seel Return Assurance applies to personal‑preference returns only and does not cover returns resulting from our error. This includes receiving the wrong item, a defective or damaged item, or the wrong size or color.
Wrong Item, Defective, or Our Error
If we made a mistake with your order (wrong item, size, color, or a defective product), that is our responsibility and is not handled through Seel.
